Open Campus, a community-driven DAO creating a blockchain monetary layer for schooling, has entered right into a strategic partnership with Animoca Manufacturers, a world Web3 funding agency, and ANPA, a Nasdaq-listed supplier of ESG and compliance providers. Underneath this settlement, ANPA plans to buy as much as USD 50 million of EDU tokens over the following two years via on-market and OTC transactions. Animoca Manufacturers will donate a further $3 million in EDU tokens.
This partnership marks ANPA's first main step into cryptocurrency because it expands into the schooling finance market. ANPA plans to work with Open Campus and Animoca manufacturers to construct a tokenization infrastructure that connects conventional finance and Web3. The corporate serves over 190 listed purchasers in Hong Kong and the US and goals to assist widespread institutional implementation of EduFi options.
EDU is the governance token of Open Campus DAO and the gasoline token of the EDU chain. ANPA plans to make use of the acquired tokens for staking, governance, and market entry efforts.
