The Omaha, Nebraska-based firm mentioned in a submitting that the job cuts are a part of a broader effort to scale back prices whereas supporting its technique to construct a full-stack funds platform.
The reorganization comes as Exodus continues to combine e-money establishment Monavate and cryptocurrency funds firm Baanx, two acquisitions which have expanded its funds capabilities and worldwide footprint.
Exodus mentioned it expects to file pre-tax restructuring prices of $2.5 million to $3.5 million, most of which can relate to severance and employee-related prices. Affected staff will obtain severance pay, persevering with advantages and transition help.
